If your child is experiencing a life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Examples of medical emergencies include:

• Uncontrolled bleeding
• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• Serious head, neck, or back injuries
• Seizures or convulsions
• Severe allergic reactions (difficulty swallowing, wheezing, dizziness)
• Unconsciousness or unresponsiveness

For non-life-threatening situations requiring prompt medical attention, please call our clinic during normal business hours. After hours, our answering service can reach the on-call provider.

Remember, when in doubt, call 911 or head to the ER right away for emergencies.
